What are FROSTprints?

FROSTprints are the blueprints needed to craft Frost Tools.

What are Frost Tools?

Frost Tools are versions of that give you - the ability to earn the tokens.

There are currently 3 types:

  • Axe

  • Pickaxe

  • Fishing Rod

Tools come in up to 9 different rarities.

The rarer the tool, the more Luck it will bring and the more durability it will have.

Durability is the number of uses a Tool has before it break, e.g. number of times an can hit a tree, a hit a rock or a catch a fish.

When a Tool breaks it can't be repaired. Instead you craft a new one.

Frost Tools CANNOT be traded.

How to Obtain FROSTprints

  • Buy or Rent from the Open Loot Marketplace

  • In-game rewards and rare loot drops

Crafting Frost Tools

FROSTprints are the blueprints required to craft Frost Tools.

You will also need:

  • Base tool - a regular (non-Frost) version of the tool. It can be stone, copper, silver or gold.

The Frost Tool's abilities are inherited from the base tool.

In the case of a Frost Pickaxe this would be:

  • the size and type of rocks it can damage

  • the amount of damage each hit does.

Each time you craft a Frost Tool you earn 1 Upgrade Point.

Upgrade Points are used to upgrade: Frost Workbenches, FROSTprints and Luck Charms.

Upgrading FROSTprints

Note - This will available in a later release.

FROSTprints can be upgraded to the next rarity until they reach Transcendent.

You will need:

  1. 2 FROSTprints of the same rarity

  2. Upgrade Points - how many increases with rarity

You also can only perform the upgrade from a Frost Workbench that is of the target rarity or higher. e.g. if you want to upgrade an Uncommon Pickaxe FROSTprint you will need at least a Rare Frost Workbench.

The 2 FROSTprints used to make the new one go back into the global pool for recirculation.

Max Issuance

FROSTprints come in 9 rarities. The issuance is the same for each tool type. Mythic, Exalted, Exotic and Transcendent have to be made through upgrading!

From

You will need a of at least the same rarity in order to craft the Tool as well as the corresponding Frost Blueprint. For example, to craft an Epic Frost Pickaxe you will need an Epic Pickaxe FROSTprint and a Frost Workbench that is of Epic rarity of rarer.
