Wood Cutting

Cutting down a Birch tree on the homestead.

Trees throughout the game world can be cut down to acquire different types of Wood, an essential Material used in Crafting. Wood can be picked up simply by walking over it, causing an Item Pick-up Notification to appear on the left-hand side of the HUD.

Certain trees can only be cut down using specific tiers of Axe.

Over time, trees that have been cut down will re-grow in the same area.
