They are only available through the second Soclal Questingarrow-up-right campaign.
x20 of each type can be won each day for 100 days through a raffle.
To enter the raffle you just have to click a button to like or retweet the day's Tweet.
They will have utility during in-game Events
Collect all 3 for a set bonus.
